HIKING:

  • The Volcán Barú. A dormant volcano, and the highest mountain in Panama, at 3,474 meters (11,398 ft) above the sea level. Many locals and foreigners have came into this adventure, to reach the peak of this volcano. To do so, it is recommended to hire a guide, and to bring bottles of water and food, as on average it takes about 6-7 hours to reach the highest point.

  • Los Quetzales Trail. If you are interested in some ecoturism, crossing the mountains from Cerro Punta to Boquete, this is an excellent option to choose. It takes about 6-7 hours, and it can be without a guide, although, if you need one, we can provide it for a special price. What to bring? bottles of water, some snacks and sandwiches, a rain jacket just in case, and some goods shoes.

EXTREME SPORTS:

  • River Rafting. Try to beat the Chiriqui River waters. Age Limit: minimun is 7 years old. What to bring? clothes to swim, dry clothes and towels, sub block, water bottle, shoes that will not come off your feet while swimming.

  SIGHTSEEING: 

  • Finca Drácula. If love the flowers and the nature, then you can't miss visiting the nicest orchids farm in the country, with more than 1500 species.

  • Sitio Barriles. Get to know a 600 years old petroglyphs and carved stones at the Barriles area.

  • Coffe Farms. In the Volcan area, you can do a coffe tourism by visiting different local coffe farmers, and tasting one of the best fresh-coffees in the world.
